Camera-ready items are placed onto a photographic shooting table with custom designed professional lighting and photographed with digital or film cameras. The objects to be photographed can readily be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Call for a quote. • How do we get started? Simple. E-mail or call us with the type and quantity of items to be photographed. We will discuss pricing, scheduling, and your needs. • How should I ship my products? Ship your merchandise to us via any standard carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Post Office. If you need your products returned, include filled out air bills with account information. Please carefully wrap your camera-ready merchandise. • Should I use Insurance? Yes, because many of our clients ship us extremely valuable products it is our policy that our clients provide coverage for their products and samples. Most clients already have such coverage included in their current policy. Back to top • How do we work together remotely via the Internet? • You save time and money working with us remotely from your desktop. • E-mail or call us with a description of your project, and we'll send you an estimate. • Next we’ll discuss your project and concerns and develop an approach to your photographs. • As soon as we have a digital image capture that we like, we'll E-mail you a low-resolution file for your comments and approval. • When all work has been completed on your images, we'll E-mail low-resolution images to you for final approval. • Your high-resolution finished files can be sent online or shipped to you on a CD. • How much do you charge for a digital photograph? Our prices range from $ 35.00 or less, up to several thousand dollars depending on the quantity and complexity of the images purchased. • How long does a project take? We approach each image as a unique project. The finished images may require intensive digital compositing. We work on a first come first serve basis. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks. • Do you photograph anything other than products? Yes. We can come on site and photograph your executives, staff, facilities, and operations. Please contact us to discuss details and pricing. • What about Props & Styling? Props and specialized styling services can be provided for our clients, We can locate specialized props for you and provide you with digital snapshots of the props via E-mail for your approval. • Can you photograph on site at customer facilities? If you have a large number of products, sometimes it makes sense to photograph them at your location. Call us and we can discuss whether this makes sense for the quantity of product you have and associated costs. We also come on site to photograph your facility, executives, or operations. Back to top • Can you shoot with film? Yes, Please call for an individual quote. We can shoot on 35mm, 6X7 medium format, or 4X5. • Can I get a color proof? Yes, Color proofs are available. However, for match print purposes we recommend that you rely on final proofs from your commercial printer. • Are the digital image files in RGB or CMYK? The original digital image is in the red, green, blue (RGB) format. We can convert to CMYK for color printing according to the specifications of your printer. We can work with your printer or designer to deliver files in the proper size and format. |
